Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the applications and services provided by Freyapps (operated by Andrés Cerdá, based in Barcelona, Spain), including LuLuTrack and MathVortex ("the Apps"). By downloading, installing, or using any of our Apps, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Apps, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old (or have parental consent if under 13), and that you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Apps.

2. License

Freyapps grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Apps for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of our Apps.

3. User Accounts

Some Apps (such as MathVortex) require you to create an account. You are responsible for:

Providing accurate and complete information during registration
Keeping your account credentials secure
All activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Purchases and Subscriptions

Some Apps offer paid features or subscriptions. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's payment terms. Prices are displayed in your local currency at the time of purchase.

One-time purchases (e.g. LuLuTrack): paid once, owned permanently
Subscriptions (e.g. MathVortex Premium): billed on a recurring basis as described in the App Store listing. You may cancel at any time through your Apple ID settings.

We do not offer refunds beyond what Apple's App Store policies provide.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use our Apps for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Apps or their backend systems
Upload or transmit harmful, offensive, or infringing content
Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Apps

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and assets within our Apps are owned by Freyapps or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of our Apps without prior written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Apps will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. Use of the Apps is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Freyapps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Apps, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

9. Privacy

Your use of our Apps is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
